Melanie Hadley - 1994 Winner  

Former APS winner Melanie Hadley Lina returned to St. Louis in 2012 to give a recital of classical favorites and holiday songs on December 18 at 7:30pm in the Sheldon Concert Hall. The program includes Beethoven's Waldstein Sonata, Debussy's L'isle joyeuse, Gershwin Preludes, a set of Chopin pieces, and others. 
 
In addition to being an Artist Presentation Society winner, Melanie is a Presidential Scholar and a former student of Jane Allen at the St. Louis Conservatory and Schools for the Arts. She moved to New Zealand in 2010, where she is active as a soloist, collaborator and teacher.
